Edit: good new cm12 is now official for moto e condor and you can download cm12 official version for moto e from below link
CyanogenMod is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra
contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be
used without any need to have any Google application installed. You will
need to provide your own Google Applications package (gapps).
CyanogenMod does still include various hardware-specific code, which is
also slowly being open-sourced anyway.
3. Then Boot into recovery.
4. Wipe System, Data, Cache, Dalvik Cache.
5. Flash ROM zip from where you copy that file.
6. Reboot to system and let it settle.
7. Reboot and flash GApps zip.
First boot takes some minutes. Wait patiently.

Try to flash gapps again and clear the cache and Dalvik also before starting your device
@GAMMERSON I tried to search everywhere but it says that CM 12.1 is the stable release can you clear me on that ……..
Do we have any other know issues in the CM12.0 like battery heating or any other stuff
No it is not having any Issue, we tested this rom and this Cm12.1 is official release for Moto E.
This is not the exact RELEASE version.. your download link directly lands to "nightly" roms of cyanogenmod.org
lemme remid you that nightly version is not exactly stable.
i arealdy used these nightly roms :/
Yeah it is nightly, though it is stable for daily driver we used it and it works fine;
Dear Gammerson,
The link for the ROM download doesn’t have the ‘Stable’ or ‘RC’ versions. In fact there is no CM 12.1 or CM 12 at all (weirdly enough). They only host CM13 ‘Nightlies’. Will really appreciate it if you could provide an alternate link for CM12.1 or CM 12 (Preferably ‘Stable’ or ‘RC’ versions)
Thank you,
harbourfoss
Will surely share you as soon as I find one !
