This solution is given by Xda developer chainfire is to fix Battery daring issue due to malfunctioning of deep sleep mode issue.

It will fix the battery drain issue due to deep-sleep mode on Galaxy S6 and S6 edge.
#How to Fix battery draining issue in Samsung Galaxy S6 after rooting.
1.First make nandroid backup to be in safer side just in case you need it badly.
3.Copy and paste UPDATE-S6DeepSleepFix.zip in Samsung gs6 internal memory.
4.Now reboot your device in to recovery mode.
5.Tap on install in the main menu of recovery mode.
6.Choose UPDATE-S6DeepSleepFix.zip from the location where you pasted it earlier.
7.To flash it Just swipe it in the right and wait for process to end.
8.After the installing of fix file just reboot your device o back to the main recovery menu and select reboot -> system and your Galaxy S6 will reboot.
