1.Firstly refresh cydia repo：by going into cydia -“Source” page-tap “refresh” in the top-left corner.
2.Then install 【#TaiG 8.1.3-8.x Untether】:
By going into Xmodgames repo:apt.xmodgames.com, click 【TaiG 8.1.3-8.x Untether】，
3.Now tap “Modify” in the top-right,choose update or reinstall
4.reboot you device after installing.
5.Done!
