Hi my name is Wayne. I need your help. I own a Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 which I rooted last year. I did this because I could no longer access the SD card. I saw that I could update date to lollipop 5.02. This I did successfully. Which also caused me to lose root. I searched for a way to root lollipop 5.0.2. Your site looked very do able. I followed your instructions exactly. The Tab went thru the processes with no problems said installed with no errors. It did not reboot, after waiting and watching for several hours nothing happened. I disconnected it from the computer (Windows 8.1) and manually turned it off. When I turned it on the Samsung startup screen pops up and immediately goes to the following screen: [upper left hand corner]
Could not normal boot [red letters]
ODIN MODE [red letters]
PRODUCT NAME: SM-T530NU [white letters]
CURRENT BINARY: Custom [white letters]

I am not sure what to do next, your help would be greatly appreciated! I apologize if this is a repeat comment. I attempted to do this yesterday (07-19-2015), but it does not appear to have gotten to you.

Hi Gammerson, by now you must think that I have given up. NOT true. Google and I have a little dispute going on. My wife and I have been on Gmail for well over a decade. For some unknown reason Gmail has become confused about whose Gmail is whose. Mine is iamcowan@gmail.com, my wife's is iamcowan2@gmail.com. She has been receiving the email from you and forwarding it to me. [Yes, separate computers. My computer is a desktop – HD Win 8.1 & a separate HD Ubuntu 14.04 LTS ; my wife has a year log Dell running Ubuntu 14.04 LTS] I would then reply by email to you. It finally dawned on me this morning that my replies were going back to the wife and not to you. Thank you for your patience!

I don't know if this makes any difference. But today I realized I forgot to mention that in the middle of my Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 screen there is a Android guy with the words:
Downloading…
Do not turn off target !! [I turned it off approximately four hours after the rooting process]
I have attempted to turn off the Tab 4 but within 30 seconds it turns back on.

Sorry for all the confusion on my part! I guess I will have to arm wrestle Goggle again.

Okay… my bad, is there anyway to recover?
Yes you can just flash the compatible recovery and download stock rom of your device model then flash it through recovery.
Done!

So I've tried following your steps directly and even after a success from Odin it continues to go back to the Downloading (Do not turn off target!!) screen. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?
