#Requirements

• This nougat Custom ROM is for Xiaomi redmi 2/ Prime only and do not attempt to flash it on the other device.
• There must be above 50% of battery.
• There must be Minimum 4Gb of area out there on your smartphone.
• A USB cable and pc is needed.

How to update Redmi 2/Prime to Android 7.0 Nougat

1. Download the Android nougat 7.0 update file from here.
2. You have to download the file in PC or lappy.
3. Now connect your redmi 2 /Prime to your pc with the help of USB cable.
4. Now copy the downloaded file in SD card of your mobile.
5. Now once you copy the file disconnect it.
6. Now boot your mobile into recovery mode by pressing and holding volume up and power button at the same time.
7. Once you reach the recovery mode, you will see many options there.
8. Now do these things
9. Wipe data / factory reset, wipe cache partition and wipe Dalvik cache
10. Now go to install
11. Now choose the file which we have pasted in SD card of mobile
12. Swipe to flash
13. As soon as you swipe, the installation will start
14. After installation reboot your device
15. DONE !
